Immigration Law Lawyers MarylandSeigel Rouhana Law Group, LLC (SR Legal Group) is a full service immigration law firm providing immigration services to individuals and companies throughout the United States.  Paul Rouhana leads the immigration department and spent ten years overseas in Saudi Arabia and Beirut, Lebanon, with time spent in Paris, France as well.  At the age of fourteen, he emigrated to the United States, attended Loyola University, and then the University of Baltimore School of Law, where he graduated with a concentration in international and comparative law.

As the son and husband of immigrants, Paul understands the expectations and anxieties of his clients with immigration legal needs. In addition to addressing the immediate concerns of his clients, Paul also takes the time to help plan for the future as the client winds their way through the immigration legal process. One of the goals at the SR Legal Group is to provide its clients with as many options to choose from as while ensuring the best chance possible of success. Combining thoroughness and efficiency with compassion, Paul N. Rouhana understands the emotional, financial and legal pressures facing the immigrant community, and his experience, language skills, and background allow him to meet these challenges head on.

Paul Rouhana’s experience includes all aspects of the green card application process on behalf of individuals and entire families, responding to requests for evidence, preparing and working with the client on affidavits of supports and joint sponsor affidavits of support, overcoming tax and criminal history issues to facilitate approval, as well as preparing clients and attending USCIS witness interviews. His experience also includes working with clients based overseas, who must apply through the National Visa Center. Paul also works on behalf of companies and employers with H1B employment based visa applications, employment visa transfers, extensions, and self-sponsored professional based visas, such as EB1, EB2, and EB3
